The name says it all. We had to reschedule family gathering prior to scattering to the for corners of America, so I lost my working day. I did get pencils done and inks started, so we're good to go on Wednesday.

December Bonus one: Soleil & Selene

As promised, in lieu of a new comic on today we have bonus art.  This is a sort of introductory teaser advert for our Patreon exclusive comic, Soleil & Selene.  Its a modern fantasy comic - sort of a Harry Potter-meets-Steampunk Oz sort of thing.  Its available to all of our $5.00 plus patrons.  We posted Page three not too long ago, and a new page goes up on the last Friday of every month.  Anyway, This owl is one of my all-time favorite pieces of art.  Hope you like it!

This is actually a good thing; the bathroom is almost done!  Hopefully we will be back to actual comics next week.  We are also hoping to get Page Three of Soliel & Selene out Friday.  Since Thanksgiving is tomorrow,no workers will be here.

     So, we're still working on the bathroom, and that means we still have workers in and out of here all day, and considering how the election went last week, we're just plain not comfortable working on our Gay, Pagan, webcomic with a bunch of Trump voters in and out of our house.

Well, I will say this: The classic strategic doctrine is to fight a war as far from your home territory as possible. Therefore, it is best to fight for the rights and liberties of others before your own are under threat. If you wait until your rights are taken from you it is too late.

     ...Despite living in a state that hasn't been carried by Democrats in over 60 years. Despite having to drive twenty miles to my polling place. Despite every office on the ballot After POTUS, and the US Legislature having Republicans running unopposed.

Why? Because I'm a witch, and I legally can. I will never forget how precious and fragile having basic civil rights is.

A Word from our Bathroom

Samhain 2016

I give up.

     We just can't win this week...

Our Tub Fell Down...

     Okay, so maybe it wasn't that dramatic, but the fact remains that the master bath lacks a tub and has holes in the floor where the particle board flooring they make trailers out of (for some reason) got soaked by a minor leak in the plumbing.  Long story short, we've getting work done by folks who know the family, and therefore would my drawing a pagan LGBT NSFW comic an awkward come Thankgiving.  I hope to be able to get work done more regular like from now on, but can't make any promises.
     Incidentally, if you were waiting to pledge to our Patreon for any particular reason, now would be a great time to  join up.  After all, theres another page of Soliel and Selene going up on Friday!
