A Word from our Bathroom

     We just can't win this week...

Our Tub Fell Down...

     Okay, so maybe it wasn't that dramatic, but the fact remains that the master bath lacks a tub and has holes in the floor where the particle board flooring they make trailers out of (for some reason) got soaked by a minor leak in the plumbing.  Long story short, we've getting work done by folks who know the family, and therefore would my drawing a pagan LGBT NSFW comic an awkward come Thankgiving.  I hope to be able to get work done more regular like from now on, but can't make any promises.
     Incidentally, if you were waiting to pledge to our Patreon for any particular reason, now would be a great time to  join up.  After all, theres another page of Soliel and Selene going up on Friday!

     I have yet to understand why it's okay for Christians to condemn random people to Hell, while witches aren't allowed to curse them back. Doesn't seem fair...;)
    This comic also points out a fun fact: Around here at least, it is far far more likely that a pagan/wiccan/witch will have actually read the bible than the average person like the prep above.  I think it's because we've been seeking out a religion/spiritual practice that conforms to observable reality, and started with whatever religion we were reared in.
   You would not believe how little modern evangelical Christianity has anything to do with the Bible.

     This was actually a big moment for Spider, as her love affair with Mr. DiFranco's music has continued to this day. Isn't if funny, how such major, life-changing events often have such banal, prosaic beginnings?  Reminds of a time in high-school when the girl in front of me in History class passed me a note...

TWO YEARS!

Seriously, two years!

    Here we are, at the two year mark.  It honestly doesn't seem that long a time.  When I'm working on the comic, time passes in days and (at most) weeks, as the deadline to get the next one out is the most important milestone.  But when I step back, take a look at the last two years and how much progress we've made - both in the story and in the art and style - I'm nothing but proud.

     Even so, Spider and I are adding a new comic to our brand, which is an exclusive for our $5.00+ Patreons.  The first page will go live on Patreon on Friday the 23rd.  I'll be posting teasers and concept art in the next few weeks as well.

     But that's the future.  Right now, Happy Anniversary, Accidental Witch!
