Tree Hugger (Prologue pg 16)

Ahem...
On that note, we end the Prologue! Next week starts Chapter One: Magic I Can
     But first...
Friday is the traditional Sabbat of Samhain. Look for a little bonus.

Immodest Proposal (Prologue pg 15)

Bad Bat!

I think a lot of people figure that bisexuals would be more into threesomes than monosexuals. It's like the idea that bisexuals are more prone to infidelity - a popular misconception.
But it makes a funny punch line.
... I just realized that was a pun.

DJ Not-Gay (Prologue 14)

Really, I'm not.

Ah, the joys of ambiguous sexuality.
Of course, years later I realized that while I'm sexually attracted to women, whether or not said woman has a penis isn't particularly relevant.
Also, I believe the real reason you hear "Stairway to Heaven" on the radio so often is so the DJ can step out for a smoke.

What is Truth? (Prologue pg 13)

Cherry suckers.
I couldn't stand cherry flavored anything when I told that little white lie. Spider, bless her heart, had an entire pillow-case sized bag of the damned things. She brought me one everyday until they ran out, and would watch me put them into my mouth and eat them.
Every. Single. Day.
Now the thing is, when I ran into Spider again, I loved cherry suckers. Cherry was my favorite flavor of everything. I guess I missed her.

Missing the Point (Prologue pg 12)

The most embarrassing thing about the whole smoking/puking incident is that it actually happened, exactly as described here. I smoked for another twenty-one years after that. Fool indeed.

Fire the Canon! (Prologue pg 10)

Here it is: The last comic written by myself. From here on out, all comics are written by Spider. That's not to say I'm not involved, however, because I certainly am. Having a full-time writer allows me to concentrate on the art (incredibly time-consuming) and also helps push the boundaries of what will show up in the comic itself. I offers challenge as well as making a better story. Hope you enjoy.
2016 Update: Panel 6 in this comic is still, after nearly two years, one of my favorites!
